Metro is looking for a motivated and passionate Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our expanding Homecare team! Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative environment! New graduates are encouraged to apply!

• Job Type: Per Diem
• Location: Oceanside/Long Beach region 
• Pay: $65-$85 per visit (can choose either W2 or 1099)

What You'Ll Be Doing:

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy in the home settingDevelop and update individualized plans of care with patients, families, and physicians
• Document visits in our quick EMR (no OASIS required)
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with patients and families
• Treat patients primarily within your designated geographic area

Requirements

• NYS Occupational Therapy License (required)
• Homecare experience preferred (mentorship & training provided if new to home health)
• Compassionate, patient-centered care and strong communication skills
• Ability to travel to and from the homes of your patients throughout your given territory.
