• This is not a remote position, completely in office.

What You'Ll Do:

• Manage the daily and weekly scheduling of HVAC installation jobs, aligning availability with customer needs and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, change orders, and completion status. Track and file permits and completion paperwork. 
• Act as the central point of contact for customers and installation crews, providing updates, instructions, and resolving any scheduling or logistical issues.
• Track job progress, update scheduling and CRM systems, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.
• Monitor installation progress, assist with follow-ups, and help ensure each job is completed to company standards.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in a fast paced administrative environment
• 2 years customer service experience
• Highly motivated and organized
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and attention to detail
• Service Titan experience a plus! (But not required!)
