What You'Ll Do: Job Description

• As the Lead Guest Services Spa Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and supporting the success of our Guest Services team.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and guest flow with professionalism and grace 
• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training Guest Services Specialists 
• Creating and maintaining staff schedules to ensure smooth spa operations 
• Providing coaching, feedback, and support to team members to foster growth and accountability 
• Collaborating with department leads to ensure alignment across spa operations and guest satisfaction 
• Maintaining high service standards while leading by example in guest interactions 
• Supporting team sales goals by promoting retail, gift card, and membership offerings 
• Handling escalated guest concerns with professionalism and care 
• Upholding company policies, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining attention to detail in all processes 

What We’Re Looking For

• A positive, service-driven leader with a passion for hospitality and wellness 
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure 
• Previous experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing environment 
• Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred 
• A genuine desire to inspire and support a team while delivering five-star guest experiences
