In this key position, you will be pivotal in diagnosing and treating conditions related to the mouth, jaw, and face, utilizing advanced surgical techniques to improve patient outcomes and restore oral health.

Your role will include performing a variety of surgical procedures such as corrective jaw surgery, dental implants, and treatment of facial trauma. You will work closely with patients to evaluate their conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care, ensuring they feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of patients with oral and maxillofacial conditions
• Develop and implement individualized surgical treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s needs
• Perform complex surgical procedures, including dental extractions, jaw surgeries, and reconstructive surgeries
• Oversee all aspects of patient care, including pre-operative evaluations and post-operative recovery plans
• Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare
• Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions and procedures
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery
• Uphold ethical standards, ensuring patient safety and comfort in all practices

Requirements

• Medical degree with valid licensure in dental and surgical practices
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Relevant fellowship training or specialized certification is an asset
• Proven track record of performing advanced oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
• Strong foundational knowledge of surgical techniques and current best practices
• Excellent diagnostic, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational skills

Benefits

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
