Job Purpose
• Travel Retail Account Manager will be driving business the duty free stores across the nation by planning/analyzing product assortment to select most productive goods from the markets, optimizing sell-thru per store location, getting insight on consumer preference and overseeing the market trends.
Responsibilities
- Own, establish and manage the business relationship with the key accounts to keep elevating our Brand presence and to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
- Develop network with the key accounts (aligned with our Brand strategy and functional to support profitable growth) and successfully manage the relevant negotiations.
- Monitor the market and competitive dynamics, in order to be able to always deliver a competitive advantage and to be proactive in managing business risks and opportunities.
- Partner with HR, VM, Communications & Marketing, and Training teams to effectively support to be fully aligned with global strategies and team development.
- Partner internally with Planning & Allocation, Finance, Credit Management and Legal team to ensure there is an aligned focus on revenue achievement and Brand elevation.
- Lead and develop the Duty Free sales team to achieve brand elevation and performance in duty free doors
- Preparing market buying process by budgeting, planning orders by category and account to maximize sales
- Planning and forecasting sell-in budget according to the sales trend and stock level
- Communicating with DF buyers on buys, planning, allocation, sales trend and stock analysis
- Managing sell-in amount and timing by the monitoring delivery with HK CO team
- Collaborating with supporting teams as needed - retail, merchandising, supply chains, finance, etc. for related tasks

Personal Profile
- Over 5 year Travel Retail management experience, preferably merchant experience at fashion industry
- Proven track record of increased sales revenue and developing business results.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external business partners.
- Exceptional analytical and project management skills.
- Clear, concise written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate a team.
- Fluent in English and Native in Korean
- High level of proficiency in Excel, Word and SAP (advantage)
- Mobility to domestic/overseas travel
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and multi-task with excellent time management
