Inventory Control Specialist II
Position Overview:
As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for monthly inventory reporting across all brands for assigned sites. You will implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate requirements, resolve inventory issues, and highlight potential issues and opportunities to management. Your role will involve ensuring that KPI metrics are maintained and reported monthly, conducting analysis to solve inventory issues, and coordinating annual site audits or cycle counts. You will engage with customer service operations to assist in resolving customer delivery product discrepancies and utilize WITS and SAP systems effectively.
Your Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly inventory reporting across all brands for assigned sites;
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate requirements;
- Resolve inventory issues and highlight potential issues and opportunities to management;
- Ensure KPI metrics are maintained and reported monthly;
- Conduct analysis to solve inventory issues;
- Coordinate and complete annual site audits or cycle counts;
- Engage with customer service operations to assist in resolving customer delivery product discrepancies;
- Utilize WITS and SAP systems effectively.
Who You Are:
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency with SAP and the ability to learn various inventory management and warehouse management systems;
- Knowledge of IT systems and tools including Microsoft Office Applications and Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or related area.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $54,592.00 - $81,888.00 Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
