What you will do but not limited to:

• Assist in the processing of invoices and payment requests.
• Verify accuracy of invoice calculations and approval processes.
• Maintain accounts payable records and file documentation accurately.
• Support reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the timely payment of vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Help in preparing financial reports related to accounts payable activities.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc accounting projects.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in finance.
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP is a plus.
• Available for 6 months internship program
