● Legal Support & Administrationo Assist the legal team with legal research, drafting, and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including contracts and agreements.o Support the team in managing and organizing legal documentation, ensuring accurate and secure record-keeping.o Participate in due diligence activities and other legal processes as required.o Handle general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department.● Compliance & Governanceo Support the team in ensuring the company’s legal and operational practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.o Assist in the development and implementation of legal and compliance training materials for various departments.
● Cross-Functional Learningo Work closely with different corporate departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Development) to understand their legal needs and provide support.o Participate in cross-functional projects to gain a broad understanding of the company's business and legal challenges.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
● Education and Functional Competencyo A Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.o A strong academic background with a demonstrated interest in corporate law.o Foundational knowledge of legal principles, contract law, and corporate governance.● Experience and Eligibilityo A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience, with internships in a legal firm or corporate legal department being a significant advantage.o Candidate must have their own residency Visa for e.g.: (Sponsor Visa, Golden Visa or Student Visa)
● Key Competencies and Personalityo Exceptional patience, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong aptitude for detailed, repetitive paperwork.o Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.o The ability to show initiative, a proactive approach to learning, and a resourceful mindset.o A high level of professional conduct, integrity, and discretion.o The ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.o Identification with the Kempinski values.o Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
