Your New Role

As Team coordinator you will support and coordinate team activities and workflows to ensure seamless operations, drive simplification and efficiency of processes

  • Coordinating team activities, workflows, and key events such as townhalls, off-sites, and team meetings. Organising team schedules, meetings, and priorities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Documenting and tracking key KPIs, meeting notes, and follow-ups to maintain oversight and accountability
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of projects, events, select presentations, and materials, ensuring alignment with business objectives with a strong focus on external events and congresses
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and mutual understanding across the matrix of shared deliverables
  • Managing budgets, vendor relationships, contracting.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and improve team efficiency.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for team members to streamline processes and resolve issues.

Your skills & qualifications

We’re looking for a new Team Coordinator who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:

  • 5+ years of experience in team and project coordination within a regulated, complex matrix organization. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with complex projects and deliverables in e.g. marketing, research, commercial or medical excellence, communications and congresses
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communication, or project management or a related field.

You’ll need to be agile and adaptable, embracing new ways of working with a mindset focused on simplification and continuous improvement. As you’ll be supporting various teams, strong stakeholder management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential. We value individuals who are highly organized, proactive, and energized by fostering collaboration.

This position serves as a key advocate Project or Team Coordination within development programs, striving to address unmet patient and market needs while crafting early strategies to ensure successful product launches.
