The Quality Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the developing, implementing and monitoring the manufacturing site's quality systems and regulatory compliance. This role is expected to understand and influence the implementation of all plant, company and government standards for Food Safety, HACCP, GMPs and regulatory initiatives. This position will support continuous quality improvement in the site by assisting in the execution of internal audit, management of change, corrective & preventive action, customer complaint reporting, validation and calibration programs to improve food safety, regulatory & cGMP compliance at the site. This position assist in delivering Hill's quality training of SOPs and Quality Standards to the site and ensure proper communication to site personnel
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the implementation of quality and food safety systems.
- Assessing compliance against internal standards and closing identified gaps.
- Maintaining documentation management systems.
- Supporting the product release process.
- Supporting the closure and verification of audit findings.
- Executing Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Internal Audit, Management of Change (MOC), customer complaint, validation, and calibration programs.
- Leading on-floor internal audit programs and tracking KPIs.
- Managing customer complaint issues and driving continuous improvement.
- Facilitating quality trainings and sharing best practices.
Educational And Skills Background:
- Food Technology degree or realted field.
- Preferred qualifications include English speaking proficiency
- 3/5 years of experience in a food/ pet food manufacturing environment.
- The position requires strong project management, communication, and critical thinking skills, as well as knowledge of HACCP, cGMPs, and SPC.
