  • Partner with our business leaders and TA Leadership to align recruitment and internal mobility strategies for our strategic recruitment needs.
  • Drive accountability for program outcomes, ensuring service delivery standards and continuous improvement expectations are met.
  • Lead strategic, senior-level recruitment efforts for key leadership roles as needed.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with industry leaders, professional networks, and external partners to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Oversee onboarding strategy to ensure a seamless and engaging experience that accelerates our new leaders’ productivity and connection.
  • Utilize data and market insights to inform strategy, track progress, and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, providing thought leadership on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and best practices.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing AECOM's values and culture to potential candidates and stakeholders.

  • Proven success building and executing comprehensive, global talent acquisition and retention programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and develop high-performing, globally distributed teams.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging talent strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, including the ability to engage with senior executives.
  • Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced, and dynamic global environments.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and leveraging analytics to guide strategy.
