Your Future Role :

• Verifying Interventions requests shared by internal requestors before release and submission to services providers for execution.
• Monitoring of the interventions requested to the Aftersales services providers at customer facilities in Europe.
• Coordinating interventions responsibilities alignement with Quality teams before Aftersales services providers' invoicing.
• Approving Aftersales services providers executed interventions VS expectations.
• Following safety stock in place at customer facilities and identify potential shortages impacting services providers reactivity leading to lines disruptions.
• Cross checking repetitive issues action plans robustness.
• Integrating repetitive issues not catched by internal processes and not traced in QMP at the Quality dynamic check stations.

All About You :

• Bachelor / Technician degree required in Engineering / Quality / project or organization's management.
• No specific experience required as far as you are :
• Rigourous, meticulous, results driven.
• High sens integrity and able to communicate with cross functional teams in different countries from different organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Fluent French & English.
