We’re looking for a driven Client Services Manager - UAE with a passion for social media, strong organizational skills, and a creative mindset. Based in Dubai, you’ll be at the intersection of brands and creators across the Middle East region - leading exciting influencer campaigns from concept to execution with precision, confidence, and a hands-on approach.

• Project Leadership: Full ownership of campaign management and execution from start to finish.
• Collaboration: Work directly with clients on campaign planning to create the perfect match between influencer and brand.
• Concept Development: Develop innovative and culturally relevant concepts for brands across multiple platforms.
• Communication: Maintain professional, clear, and confident communication with clients and all project stakeholders.
• Coordination: Manage schedules for videographers, models, and clients; coordinate social media-focused video shoots.
• Campaign Management: Create and monitor timelines, budgets, and offers; support and plan influencer marketing campaigns.
• Reporting: Track performance, analyze KPIs, and present insightful reports and results to clients.

You:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or influencer management.
• Passion: A strong enthusiasm for social media trends and influencer culture, particularly in the MENA region.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Analytical Mindset: Strategic and data-driven thinking with an understanding of campaign economics and performance metrics.
• Client Management: Experience handling high-profile clients and large campaign budgets.
• Hands-on Attitude: You take initiative, solve problems quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity & Aesthetics: An eye for visual storytelling and design.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Arabic.
