(Y)Our Mission:

We're looking for a driven Client Services Manager I Japan & Korea (all genders), with a passion for social media, strong organizational skills, and a creative mindset. This position can be based in London, Berlin, or Hamburg, giving you the flexibility to collaborate across our international offices. At the intersection of brands and creators, you’ll lead exciting influencer campaigns from concept to execution - with a sharp eye for detail, confident client communication, and a hands-on approach.   • Project Management: Own influencer and social media campaigns from briefing to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and excellent outcomes.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to plan campaigns that connect international brands with Japanese and Korean audiences.
  • Concept Development: Create locally relevant and platform-specific concepts for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, creators, and internal teams across time zones.
  • Coordination: Schedule and manage videographers, talents, agencies and brands for production and shoots.
  • Campaign Control: Prepare and monitor budgets, timelines and proposals; ensure campaign profitability and quality.
  • Reporting: Track KPIs, analyse results and present actionable insights to clients and global stakeholders.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to shoots, client meetings or production coordination.

You:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, influencer management, client services or similar.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Japanese and/or Korean digital culture, creator ecosystems and audience behaviour.
  • Project Skills: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to measuring and optimising campaign performance.
  • Client Management: Experience working with prominent clients and handling meaningful budgets.
  • Hands-on Attitude: Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Creativity: Passion for visual storytelling and high aesthetic standards.
  • Languages: Fluent English plus Japanese or Korean (fluency in both is a strong advantage).
  • Availability: Willingness to coordinate across APAC time zones and travel when required.
