The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager – Corporate Communications to join our Communications team at Crown Sydney. This role is key in delivering internal and corporate communications strategies that support Crown Sydney’s business priorities and enhance team member engagement.
You’ll lead internal communications initiatives, support corporate events, and work closely with senior leaders to develop messaging and materials that reflect Crown’s values and strategic direction. This is a hands-on role that combines storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and project management to help shape Crown Sydney’s voice.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Leading the implementation of internal communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Developing content including speeches, briefing notes, talking points, and internal messaging.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of corporate and internal events, including logistics and executive briefings.
- Identifying and delivering thought-leadership opportunities to position Crown Sydney and its leadership positively.
- Collaborating with digital, social media, marketing, and partnerships teams to source and share internal stories.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and building strong internal relationships to drive collaboration.
About You
You are a strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling and stakeholder engagement. You bring strong writing skills, event coordination experience, and a collaborative mindset to help drive impactful communications across Crown Sydney.
You Will Also Bring:
- Experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Experience in stakeholder management and internal communications.
- Event planning and logistics experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related discipline.
