Job Description

• Producing an accurate set of months - end accounts with comparison to forecasts and previous periods
• Preparing profit and loss accounts and balance sheet for management requirements
• Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning including projected revenues
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Ensure legislation is followed regarding taxations and all statutory compliances
• Monitoring all functional operation of resort devourment such as night audit, income audit, cost control, receivable, payable, cashiering, procumbent, and inventory management
• cash flow preparation

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in accounting, finance in a reputed institute with full or part qualification in CA//ACCA/CMA.
• IT knowledge and data processing knowledge including spreadsheet packaging.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
•  Minimum of 03 years of work experience in the relevant capacity. 
• An eye for development.
