About The Team:

You will be part of the local Sales Team at Coloplast Poland – a team of dedicated and dynamic professionals focused on delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients. About The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded professional to join our Sales Team as a Trade Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening partnerships with key trade clients, ensuring profitable growth and long-term success across the Coloplast portfolio. You will act as a trusted business partner for strategic accounts, shaping commercial plans, leading client engagements, and turning market insights into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives growth and development of assigned strategic clients in line with Coloplast’s commercial strategy
  • Builds and executes account development plans and conducts regular business reviews with top accounts
  • Manages both sell-in and sell-out activities to secure sustainable, profitable growth across the Coloplast portfolio
  • Presents sales and budget responsibility for assigned accounts, including preparation of business plans, forecasts, and execution of measures to achieve defined targets
  • Monitors and optimizes commercial conditions, ensuring an individualized and ROI-driven approach per client
  • Identifies and closes growth gaps through structured, data-driven business planning and market insights
  • Conducts regular market and competitive analysis to anticipate trends, benchmark performance, and derive corrective measures
  • Collects and communicates market and client insights to influence internal stakeholders and leverage synergies within the organization
  • Leads or support growth projects and value-added initiatives, ensuring both commercial impact and cost efficiency
  • Tracks and report key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for management decision-making according to local and global Coloplast reporting needs
  • Maintains clear visibility of account health, pipeline, and opportunities via CRM and structured reporting
  • Represents Coloplast in client meetings, reviews and relevant industry events, strengthening both commercial impact and brand positioning

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed business administration or university degree (min. bachelor level)
  • Strong commercial experience in healthcare, pharma or FMCG: 3–5+ years key account management, proven success in managing commercial terms, negotiating contracts, and driving sales through partners
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Full understanding of the market dynamics in healthcare/medical device business
  • Sales analytics & business planning mindset: comfortable working with sales data, skilled to build and executes action-focused account development plans based on facts, not assumptions
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver business and trade presentations
  • Driving license
  • Proficiency in Polish
  • Fluent in English

  • Strong commercial mindset with focus on execution and results
  • Problem solver with ability to repair or reshape underperforming accounts
  • Skilled at building trust-based relationships with commercial stakeholders (distributors, buyers, managers)
  • Confident in challenging conversations, contract negotiations, and aligning incentives
  • Analytical and structured with a proactive approach to business blockers
  • Willingness to travel across Poland
