About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Channel Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration. You will establish influential partner relationships, build quarterly and ad-hoc business plans, design and deliver sales and technical training, lead/manage to- and through- partner marketing activities, act as the partners’ advocate within Blumira, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, display professional communication and interpersonal skills, operate morally and ethically, and possess solid business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel strategies to recruit, onboard, and enable new partners while strengthening existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with partners to build joint business plans, set sales targets, and define go-to-market initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing product expertise, sales training, and marketing support to drive adoption of our software solutions.
  • Monitor partner performance, track sales metrics, and provide regular reporting on pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and revenue contributions.
  • Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partners have the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, challenges, or obstacles that may impact partner performance or customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner forums, and conferences to promote brand awareness and strengthen relationships.

Required Key Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the software/SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of building and growing high-performing partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of software sales cycles, cloud solutions, and subscription business models.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, identify trends, and optimize performance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend events.
  • Engaging personality, polished verbal and written communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Hubspot or Salesforce expertise a plus.

Salary: $125,000 to $175,000 OTE
