Join the Legal team at Guzman y Gomez (GYG) and help support one of Australia’s fastest-growing restaurant brands!

We’re looking for a Casual Paralegal (1-2 days per week) to assist with day-to-day legal operations from our Hola Central office in Surry Hills. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you’ll work across franchising, commercial agreements, and general legal administration.

What You’Ll Do:

• Prepare and issue franchise and commercial agreements
• Support franchise transactions and liquor licensing
• Manage document filing and legal records (SharePoint, DocuSign)
• Conduct research and assist with general legal tasks

About You:

• Studying law (min. 2 years completed) 
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
• Strong communication skills
• Confident with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems
