Primary Care Provider - Physician Assistant (PA)

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) in Dayton, WA!

Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $120,000 - $167,000 annually
• Full-time, 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling, including 32 patient-facing hours and 8 administrative hours
• Comprehensive benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K participation, PTO, Sick Time Accruals, and Continued Medical Education (CME) support.

Essential Functions:

• Providers see an average of 15 patients per day
• Provide comprehensive care in a rural health system.
• Support patient education on chronic disease management and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in population health initiatives.
• Provide new employee or student oversight in collaboration with Clinic Director or Clinic Manager
• Provide training and mentorship to staff and students and take part in after-hours call rotation as needed.
• Contribute to our integrated approach to healthcare. We offer behavioral health and dental services, alongside family practice so our patients receive comprehensive care.

Qualifications And Experience:

A qualified candidate will have earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and completed a Physician Assistant program accredited by the ARC-PA and completed residency and internship. They must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and possess an active Washington State license to practice.

Preferred candidates will have experience in a primary care setting, working with interdisciplinary teams, and using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
