Reporting & Scope

  • Reports directly to the CHRO
  • Acts as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership
  • Leads HR strategy, integration of acquisitions, cultural alignment, and talent planning across multiple locations

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance & Talent Management: Deploy user-friendly tools for performance management and talent reviews. Create clear development paths for leaders and field employees alike.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion a strong, inclusive workplace culture through proactive employee relations and engagement programs. Foster a high-performance, high-retention environment.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Build and lead a high-impact HRBP team while providing guidance to managers across the organization to strengthen people leadership capabilities.
  • Lead HR Business Partners through change management operational focuses
  • Champion new team strategies throughout the company

Ideal Candidate Profilequalifications

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership, preferably within multi-site, field-based, or skilled trades industries
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws
  • Experience managing a non-union workforce across geographically dispersed operations
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable HR service delivery models and drive organizational effectiveness
