Senior Engineer

The manufacturing engineer oversees

• Ensuring the consistency of the manufacturing dossier and all tools, documents and processes linked to it,
• Dealing with unblocking jobs from production,
• Dealing with other departments – Plans to unblock production,
• Tooling’s and Routing Formboard management (creation and update).
• Planning of NPI activities and coordinate until FAI completion.
• Coordination with customers and central team for technical activities
• Guaranteeing the consistency of the manufacturing dossier and configuration management.
• Defining technical instructions linked to the manufacturing dossier,
• Ability to interpret and understand the engineering definitions and create the manufacturing dossiers.
• Ensuring daily technical support of all departments (production, industrial department and program) for technical aspects,
• Ensuring the treatment of the Q/R (Question and Answer) realized by production,
• Ensuring the optimization and improvement of the working methods and tools,
• Ensuring the routing formboard design creation according to production needs,
• Responsible for planning and managing all the needs and readiness for NPI products.
• Ensuring SAP Routing and BOM management for manufacturing.
• Ensuring the routing formboard update according to customer definition evolution,
• Preparation of the harness repair instruction for FAL.
• Ensuring tooling definition, creation and update,
• Support product transfer (TOW) activities launches and engineering changes with process validation.
• Reporting to his hierarchy the issues and dysfunctions encountered (and proposing the solutions he/she foresees),
• Respecting the internals rules (comportment, security and safety rules).
