Join our HR Global Shared Services Center as an HR Personnel Administration Intern and get hands-on with international teams that drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across the organization. 

What You'Ll Be Doing:

  • Maintain and update employee data in our core HR systems (e.g. Employee Central, SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all HR records and data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high customer service standards and align with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest HR tools, systems, and processes through regular training sessions.
  • Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to optimize HR operations and elevate service quality.

Who Are We Looking For:

  • Graduates or students enrolled in university programs, preferably related to HR, Business Administration, etc. 
  • Experience working on projects or extracurricular activities is a strong advantage. 
  • Fluent in English, with at least B2 level in German.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and always up for a new challenge.
  • Proactive mindset and solid time management skills.
