Position Summary

The Coordinator, Addressable Activation is responsible for initial creative trafficking, campaign set up, campaign troubleshooting and general support. 

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately set up a variety of campaigns via multiple Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and social platforms including DoubleClick Bid Manager, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. 
  • Upload and assign creative in social, programmatic, digital display, video, mobile, rich media, etc. 
  • Adhere to campaign set up checklist for all campaign launches. 
  • Implement applicable Brand Safety measures to campaigns (e.g. MOAT, IAS, OpenSlate, Nielsen DAR, etc.) 
  • Generate campaign performance, delivery and site level reports. 
  • Review and flag any potential challenges (e.g. low viewability placements, non-brand safe sites, etc.) or opportunities (e.g. high performing placements with low eCPMs) to extended team. 
  • Assist with campaign troubleshooting related to set up and technical issues to ensure campaigns launch flawlessly and on time as well as deliver in full and perform towards clients goals. 
  • Assist in tracking, measuring, and analyzing post campaign activities. 

Qualifications:

  • Professional or Educational background in Marketing or Advertising would give leverage to this application.  
  • Passion for data, emerging media & technology. 
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). 
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently. 
  • Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively. 
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc. 
  • Passion for continuous development. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 
  • Demonstrated ability using Excel, with knowledge of pivot tables, basic formulas and visualizations.
