Job Description
Looking for a versatile financial professional to join as a Sr. Financial Analyst to manage and monitor the complex Consolidation process to support the Various organizations across the company. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work with people. Provide leadership and direction to business teams. The right candidate should demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, work cross functionally, multi-task and meet deadlines. Should possess excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated results in improving existing controls, processes and providing process/finance training to Business partners.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Partnering with senior executives and management teams across the Finance organization to summarize and provide detailed analysis
- Reporting duties not limited to Consolidated Reporting of expense, HC and other ad-hoc reporting needs
- Managing Close Calls, providing updated information and collecting feedback from Various Functional Finance teams
- Dashboard Development and management for Consolidation Team Initiatives
- Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support budgeting and resource needs as needed
- Proposing improvement opportunities to enhance financial visibility, control and planning effectiveness
- Leveraging the financial and budgeting systems to further scale current process and enhance efficiency
- Leading and/or assisting Budgeting related initiatives as needed to help build/enhance business capabilities for finance and key business partners
- Day to day support including general administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA and CPA highly desirable
- 3-4 years related experience with Fortune 500 companies
- A great team player, a dynamic/motivated/results-oriented critical thinker with positive energy and proactive business approach
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
- Semiconductor and High Tech industry experience desirable
- High proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, and charts to develop custom reports and dashboards), PowerPoint & Power BI
- Experience using a large ERP system Oracle & SAP Preferred
- Strong organizational and executive communication skills
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to rapid business and organizational changes as needed

- An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
- You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
