We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic and results-driven team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing directly to company growth. As a key member of our business development team, you will help expand Elevare Branding’s client base and strengthen our presence in the market.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads through outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
- Present Elevare Branding’s services with a clear understanding of client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to tailor proposals and presentations.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups to drive deal progression.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions within CRM tools.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and performance goals.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in a creative or consulting environment).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
