Senior Manager, Project Management

AirSculpt® is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead strategic projects and initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment across executive leadership and department heads. This role plays a critical part in driving execution, maintaining accountability, and ensuring timely delivery of key organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and brings strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. They will oversee project timelines, monitor progress, and remove roadblocks to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved on schedule and within scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure clarity, accountability, and successful execution.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and adjusting plans as business needs evolve.
• Facilitate regular coordination meetings to track progress, enforce accountability, and drive timely resolution of open items or roadblocks.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Build strong, trusted relationships across departments to promote collaboration and ensure clear communication between leadership and teams.
• Support organizational alignment by ensuring projects and initiatives are connected to broader business objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 
• 5+ years of experience in strategic project management 
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring accountability and measurable business results.
• Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in project management platforms, calendar systems, and collaboration tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional presence and the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization, including leadership and board members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
• Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation

$100-130K. Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
