  • Our projects cover a wide range of industrial sites, such as energy and power plants, the pulp and paper industry, the metal and mining industry, data centers, and food factories.

We work with the customer to prepare a feasibility study for the site and define the necessary plan, schedule, quality, and cost targets for the project. A carefully prepared project plan provides a solid basis for investment decisions and the launch of any further planning. With us, you will be among the best professionals in the field! 

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Manage the full pre-construction and construction lifecycle
  • Lead contractor selection by finalizing PQQ processes, evaluating D&B proposals, and negotiating contracts
  • Oversee all enabling works
  • Drive the design and procurement process for critical infrastructure
  • Manage relationships and formal agreements with adjacent property owners
  • Manage and recruit project supervisors and consultants

About You

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree eg. Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction project management
  • Demonstrable experience managing the full lifecycle of large-scale technical projects, from tendering through to commissioning and handover
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent construction projects of varying scale and complexity
  • Strong technical understanding of the mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems integral to data center environment
  • Experience working with and managing turnkey general contractors and specialist subcontractors
  • Fluency in English & Finnish
  • You must have a valid work permit to work in Finland
