Role Summary:

The Senior Account Manager (Europe) will be responsible for driving growth and expansion within Reltio’s existing customer base across the European region. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, working closely with the Customer Success Manager—ensuring the customers ongoing success, identifying new opportunities for expansion, and aligning Reltio’s solutions with strategic business outcomes.

This role requires a strong background in enterprise software account management, a consultative approach to client engagement, and proven ability to build long-term customer relationships that expand value over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue retention and expansion goals within assigned customers.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities across Reltio’s portfolio, including Reltio Data Cloud™, Reltio AgentFlow™, and related services.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels—including business, data, and technology executives.
  • Serve as a customer advocate within Reltio, ensuring successful adoption, satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Consultuing, and Alliance teams to create and advance new business opportunities across your customer portfolio.
  • Leverage Reltio’s Force Management MEDDPIC methodology to accurately qualify and forecast account opportunities.
  • Use Salesforce to manage pipelines, renewals, and forecasting with precision and transparency.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and commercial terms in alignment with Reltio’s policies and customer value.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Reltio’s platform capabilities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Contribute to regional and global account strategy sessions, sharing insights and best practices across the sales organization.

Required Skills And Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS account management, customer success, or strategic account development roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding enterprise customer relationships across multiple geographies or business units.
  • Experience selling or managing data management, SaaS, or cloud-based platforms (MDM, data integration, analytics, or AI solutions preferred).
  • Expertise in renewal and expansion motions with multi-year enterprise contracts.
  • Strong consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Force Management MEDDPIC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and other account management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated success in a collaborative, team-selling environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (estimated 25–40%).
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in industries such as Life Sciences, Financial Services, Healthcare, or High Technology.
  • Experience with ABX (Account-Based Experience) frameworks.
  • Cloud-selling certifications or formal training in enterprise account strategy.
