Job Description

Night Porter role. Working 2 nights out off 7, Duties include, looking after guests, security, cleaning. As a night porter, you are the sole person in charge off the business throughout the night.

Qualifications

As a Hotel Staff, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
