In this role, you will lead a talented team of researchers while guiding the continued evolution of a cornerstone NRG syndicated tracking product - strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities for organic growth, working across internal teams, and driving innovation that ensures Franchise IQ remains an indispensable resource for the global entertainment industry.
Your Impact
- Provide strategic leadership for Franchise IQ, overseeing research direction, client engagement, and product innovation to drive continued growth and relevance.
- Guide and mentor a team of researchers and leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, deepening relationships and uncovering opportunities for organic growth across franchises, platforms, and categories.
- Negotiate client engagements and renewals for the product, ensuring strong partnerships and alignment between client needs, scope, and revenue goals.
- Oversee the design, execution, and delivery of high-impact quantitative research, ensuring insights translate into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including data science, operations, engineering and analytics—to evolve the product, improve efficiencies, and uphold the highest quality standards.
- Represent Franchise IQ within NRG’s broader leadership community, uncovering new ways to use the data to drive relationships.
- Identify opportunities to expand the product’s capabilities, streamline processes, and enhance its strategic value for the entertainment and media ecosystem.
- Present findings, strategic updates, and product innovations to executive leadership and key external stakeholders.
