About The Role
Delivering the product roadmap and strategy defined by the Director of Product. This involves understanding customer challenges and goals, and executing product delivery in alignment with the product vision set by product leadership.
A Product Manager 2 is an expert in their product domain and is responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and planning through development, delivery, and enhancement—with minimal support from product leadership. They execute product delivery independently, requiring little supervision from the Director of Product or other senior product managers.
A Product Manager 2 can break down complex problems and define simple solutions to solve customer problems with minimal supervision. They clearly communicate the problems they are solving and use the right data to understand problems, measure impact, and evaluate solutions. A PM2 has a strong bias to action and shipping product—they prioritize getting valuable features into customers' hands and iterating based on feedback. A PM2 considers product and system impacts beyond their own domain and contributes to mid-term strategic product thinking (6-18 months), strongly incorporating technology trends, competitive dynamics, and market shifts into their work.
This role provides a growth path toward Senior Product Manager for individuals demonstrating strategic ownership, cross-functional leadership, and consistent delivery impact.

Improve collaboration processes by initiating and leading retrospectives, design sessions, and implementation of improvements. Support and mentor more junior members of the product management team and lead practice initiatives that improve team processes.
