About the role
We’re looking for our first Growth Product Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across our product experience. You’ll drive the end-to-end growth loop — from experimenting on onboarding flows and viral mechanics to optimizing conversion funnels and engagement touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with design, data, and engineering to identify the highest-leverage opportunities for growth and ship measurable results quickly.

This role blends product intuition, analytical rigor, and an experimentation mindset. You’ll work across the full funnel, from awareness to habit formation, using data and creativity to drive sustainable user and revenue growth.

What You’Ll Do:

  • Drive the growth roadmap — define hypotheses, run A/B tests, and prioritize experiments that impact activation, retention, and virality.
  • Partner with data and engineering to design experiments, event schemas, and tracking plans that enable fast learning.
  • Identify and optimize key funnel drop-offs, from signup to onboarding to engagement.
  • Drive cross-functional growth loops (e.g., landing pages, referral systems, notifications).
  • Collaborate with marketing and lifecycle teams to align in-product growth with acquisition channels (paid, SEO, partnerships, influencer, etc.).

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with at least 2 years in a growth or experimentation-focused role in a zero-to-one environment.
  • Deep familiarity with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, or equivalent).
  • A strong grasp of growth metrics (activation, retention, CAC, LTV, WAU/DAU, k-factor) and how to move them.
  • Comfort working with SQL, spreadsheets, and dashboards to self-serve insights.
  • An ability to balance quantitative rigor with qualitative empathy for users.
  • A proven track record of shipping fast, learning fast, and iterating toward impact.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, data-driven mindset.
  • Competitive salary, equity and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)
  • Flexible vacation and remote working
  • The opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking, AI-focused company.
  • Collaborative work environment with a team of talented, fun-loving individuals.
