The Position
CSEC is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for sports, entertainment, and storytelling to join their dynamic team.
As Coordinator, Brand Marketing, you will support the execution of brand campaigns and initiatives that bring our sports and entertainment experiences to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves storytelling, and is passionate about building fan-first brand experiences.
Reporting to the Manager, Brand Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across business operations, sales, ticketing, food and beverage, retail, and live entertainment. This role blends creativity, project management, business strategy, data, and technology to deliver compelling creative marketing campaigns that support the teams throughout the entire fan journey.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies for CSEC and its affiliated teams;
- Drive a collaborative creative process that helps create new and engaging marketing campaigns for key internal stakeholders
- Support to all sports brands at CSEC to ensure marketing goals are being met
- Collaborate with creative, video, and social teams to produce content marketing that resonates with diverse fan bases.
- Support cross-functional campaigns that align with business goals, including retail, food & beverage and digital content;
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including in-arena, broadcast, digital, and social;
- Support the development of brand positioning, tone, and messaging strategies;
- Work with data teams to analyze campaign performance and fan insights to optimize marketing and content efforts.
- Manage internal sharepoint page for CSEC for internal marketing purposes
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies;
- All other duties as assigned.
The Individual
The ideal individual will have the following background:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Asana, or similar).
- Passion for sports, live entertainment, and fan culture.

Certifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or relevant field, preferred.
