What Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking a highly technical and strategically minded Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Product & Technology Strategic Programs office, with a special focus on one of our most critical global initiatives: Delivering the first sovereign, AI-powered cybersecurity platform designed to meet the growing demands of European data protection, digital sovereignty, and regulatory compliance.
This initiative brings together cutting-edge cybersecurity capabilities with sovereign cloud infrastructure to help European and multinational organizations meet requirements under GDPR, NIS2, and DORA, without sacrificing performance, visibility, or control. You will be central to driving this and other transformative programs from concept to delivery.
What Will You Do?
- Lead large, cross-functional, and cross-product programs, including our European sovereign cloud initiative, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Drive execution using our Program Operating Model, fostering accountability, transparency, and alignment across Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams.
- Serve as a technical and delivery leader in programs that address regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, NIS2, and DORA, ensuring secure and compliant cloud infrastructure rollouts.
- Evaluate and enhance program processes to anticipate risks, manage cross-team dependencies, and maintain momentum across global initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across compliance, legal, engineering, and product, including teams based in Europe.
- Define and evolve program KPIs, ensuring strategic alignment and clarity of outcomes for executive sponsors.
- Develop and manage Jira dashboards, Atlassian Analytics, and reporting to track program progress, highlight blockers, and communicate value.
- Stay current on regulatory and compliance trends in cybersecurity and cloud services, ensuring program delivery reflects the evolving European and global landscape.
What Skills And Knowledge Should You Bring?
- 12-15+ years of experience in enterprise software; experience in the security or compliance field.
- Executive & Customer-facing experience: You need to have come from a larger consulting firm and/or enterprise company where you have the experience to interface with executives and customers while distilling requirements, communications and needs to the program team (Product, Engineering, UX, Doc, Legal and other groups involved in new product introduction processes)
- 7+ years working with Jira, Jira Dashboards, JQL, SQL, and BI tools to drive transparency and delivery focus.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile/Lean methodologies, and stakeholder alignment in complex orgs.
- Proven experience managing complex, high-impact programs involving cloud infrastructure, data protection, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across executive, legal, and technical audiences.
- Ability to distill regulatory requirements into technical execution plans and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
- Expertise in risk and dependency management, with a track record of removing roadblocks and driving clarity.
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in using data to inform decisions, track outcomes, and demonstrate program success.
- A collaborative, low-ego attitude with the ability to unify global teams and drive toward shared outcomes.
Why Us?
Because you will work on real-world problems with risks of millions of dollars (protecting against Ransomware and other threats) and make an impact by preventing our customers from appearing in global news after being attacked.
