Job Description

The HR Associate will be a member of the Global Total Rewards team within our People Operations organization, located in our Mumbai office. This position will be responsible for HR administrative support for all regions, as well as, be the first line of contact for Mumbai employees.  

To be successful in this role you’ll be a self starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with other team members. You will need to be extremely detail oriented, respond with a sense of urgency, and have strong time management and communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Manage global onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation, right-to-work verifications, benefits enrollment and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential employee data in HRIS.
  • Follow service level agreements in line with employment verification and references requests from current and former employees.

Benefits Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day global benefits administration, ensuring timely resolution of employee queries and issues within agreed service levels.
  • Assist with global benefits implementation, renewal processes and audits where needed. 
  • Manage day to day recognition program and inquiries
  • Respond to our employee inquiries and changes through our HR ticketing system and make any necessary changes in our systems and with our vendors. 

Other Administrative duties (but not limited to):

  • Own invoicing process by partnering closely with finance to ensure invoices are processed on time.
  • Approve and upload employee photos in our HR system
  • Data Entry

  • Supporting Audits

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an HR support or operations role 
  • Understanding of HR practices and processes. Demonstrates knowledge of local employment laws and practices in India
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self starter and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a global organization and supporting human resources responsibilities globally. 
  • Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 2pm to 11pm IST
