We’re seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) at the Staff or Senior Staff level to join our AI team, where we are driving the next generation of AI-powered capabilities across the business.
This is a high-impact role where you will shape strategy, orchestrate execution, and deliver transformative AI solutions that power customer experience, personalization, operational efficiency, and clinical excellence. Depending on level, you will either lead complex AI programs (Staff) or operate at a broader portfolio level to influence long-term strategy and cross-org alignment (Senior Staff).
You Will
- Define execution strategies for AI initiatives spanning model development, infrastructure, and applied AI use cases.
- Build and manage program frameworks that scale across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment to business and technical goals.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver AI programs end-to-end.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify risks early, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure accountability across dependencies.
- Establish program management best practices for AI/ML workflows, research, and engineering teams.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuously improve planning, estimation, and execution processes.
- Provide clarity in ambiguous situations and keep teams focused on the highest-impact work.
- Build strong partnerships with executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Provide proactive and transparent updates on progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Influence prioritization at the program or portfolio level (depending on scope).
- Ensure AI initiatives comply with security, privacy, ethical AI, and regulatory standards in collaboration with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams.
You Have
- 10+ years of program management experience in technical domains, including at least 5+ years supporting AI/ML, Data Science, or Platform Engineering teams.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs in AI/ML productization, applied AI, or ML platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML stacks: model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
- Technical fluency in data/ML concepts (data pipelines, experimentation, model lifecycle management).
- Strong program management expertise (Agile/Scrum/Kanban, scaled agile, portfolio management).
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and ability to influence without authority.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
- Bonus: Experience with LLMs, AI/ML in healthcare, or regulatory-compliant environments (HIPAA, GDPR).
- For Senior Staff consideration: Demonstrated ability to shape multi-year AI strategy, lead portfolio-level execution, and influence cross-org priorities at the executive level.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs in AI/ML productization, applied AI, or ML platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML stacks: model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
