Job Description

• Support for pre-sourcing, technical discussion, process release and safe launch of new project.
• Responsible for onsite root cause analyze of supplier quality problems, and follow up the improvement actions at suppliers.
• Responsible for supplier quality continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in supplier quality management, manufacturing, or engineering. Better to know electronic assembly part.
• Technical Skills: Well-known quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP).
• Communication Skills: verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to supplier locations for problem solving and process confirmation.
• Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
