We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Solutions Consultant – LiveAction to deliver world class deployment, integration, and optimization services for our LiveAction products, LiveNX (network performance management and analytics) and LiveWire (packet capture and network forensics).This is an ideal role for a hands-on engineer with a strong networking background who thrives on solving complex problems, guiding enterprise customers, and enabling successful technology adoption. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, combining deep technical expertise with relationship-driven consulting to help customers enhance agility, mitigate risks, and achieve operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Deployment & Integration· Install, configure, and integrate LiveNX and LiveWire in enterprise and service provider environments (on-premises, hybrid, and cloud).· Provide interoperability expertise with multi-vendor infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.).· Maintain and optimize network telemetry collection (NetFlow, IPFIX, OTEL, SNMP, packet capture).· Design and maintain dashboards for network health, application performance, and security insights.· Create custom reports and alerts for performance, compliance, and capacity planning.
Customer Engagement & Success· Lead design workshops, deployments, and knowledge transfer sessions.· Translate customer requirements into scalable, high-performing LiveAction architectures.· Train and mentor operations staff; develop runbooks, SOPs, and post-engagement documentation.· Assist in implementing network segmentation and zero-trust architectures using LiveAction insights. Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting· Diagnose and resolve complex deployment, configuration, and performance issues.· Collaborate with engineering, support, and product teams to escalate and resolve challenges.· Analyze logs, flow data, and packet captures for troubleshooting.· Contribute to professional services methodologies, deployment templates, and best practice documentation.· Collect customer feedback and share insights to shape the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
Required· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience· Proven experience in multi-vendor networking (Cisco IOS-XE, NX-OS, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)· Advanced networking certifications: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent· Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, VPNs, SD-WAN solutions (Fortinet, Prisma, SilverPeak, VMware/Broadcom, Cisco/Viptela, etc.)· Familiarity with QoS, application flow analysis, and packet-level tools (Wireshark, Riverbed)· Experience with Linux, VMware/ESXi, KVM, hybrid/cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)· Knowledge of authentication systems (SSO, Cisco ISE/TACACS+, RADIUS, LDAP)· Experience with RBAC, SSL certificate deployment, and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)· Scripting/automation with Python or JavaScript; REST API integration experience· Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.
