Your Role

We’re hiring an Enablement Associate I to help strengthen the effectiveness and readiness of Hudl’s U.S.-based Competitive Sales team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our sellers have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to perform at a high level.

In This Role, You’Ll:

  • Enable and empower efficiency. Ensure the Competitive Sales team has the clear guidance, resources, and support needed to confidently execute core sales workflows and effectively use the tools in our tech stack to be most efficient in this fast-paced environment. Assist and support the Sales onboarding and continuing education programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to identify performance gaps, deliver impactful training, and reinforce key behaviors that drive results.
  • Drive impact. Measure success through sales team engagement, process consistency, and adoption of enablement initiatives that help reps sell more efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate and support. Serve as a trusted partner to Competitive Sales leadership, occasionally providing administrative support and coordination on occasional operational and project-based tasks.

We'd like to hire someone for this role who lives near our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska, or office in Omaha, but we're also open to remote candidates.

Must-Haves

  • Sales Understanding: Must be able to demonstrate familiarity with an end-to-end sales cycle, sales metrics, and how enablement drives performance (experience as a seller is not required, but a sales-adjacent background is)
  • Training Experience: Proven ability to design and deliver engaging guidance for a sales audience
  • Confidence: Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, while communicating clearly and professionally in both group and one-on-one settings. Comfortable pushing back when warranted.
  • Collaborative: Be able to strongly partner across departments such as Sales as a trusted advisor, and Revenue Operations and Revenue Systems to align and deliver.
  • Organized: Manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify performance gaps, interpret data, and propose measurable solutions.
  • Proactive: Anticipates needs, takes initiative, and is viewed as a trusted advisor.

Nice-To-Haves

  • Sales Experience: Background in a sales or sales-adjacent role (AE, CSM, BDR, etc.) with an understanding of frontline challenges and dynamics.
  • Tool Expertise: Experience using or enabling core sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, or Highspot.
  • Content Creation: Skilled at developing clear, engaging instructional materials (guides, videos, or playbooks) to support learning and adoption.
  • Change Management: Familiarity with leading communication and training efforts for new process or system rollouts.
  • Passionate: Energized by refining processes, enhancing the seller experience, and driving efficiency across the team. You’re eager to learn and make your mark in the enablement field.
  • Sports Industry Awareness: General understanding of U.S. and Canada’s athletic landscape, especially high school, youth, and club sports and the challenges faced by athletic directors, coaches, parents and teams.

Our Role

  • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
  • Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.

Inclusion At Hudl

Hudl is an equal opportunity employer. Through our actions, behaviors and attitude, we’ll create an environment where everyone, no matter their differences, feels like they belong.

We offer resources to ensure our employees feel safe bringing their authentic selves to work, including employee resource groups and communities. But we recognize there’s ongoing work to be done, which is why we track our efforts and commitments in annual inclusion reports

We also know imposter syndrome is real and the confidence gap can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates. Please don’t hesitate to apply—we’d love to hear from you.
