About The Role

We're looking for a SMB Sales Manager to lead the charge in building out our newest customer segment within the Housing vertical. This is a unique opportunity to shape a go-to-market motion from the ground up — crafting the strategy, building relationships, and closing deals with small to mid-sized housing operators. You’ll play a key role in defining how we serve this market, while actively engaging with prospective customers and helping them understand the value of EliseAI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for our SMB Housing segment—from pipeline generation to close
  • Develop and execute a repeatable sales playbook tailored to SMB needs
  • Partner closely with marketing to generate demand and refine messaging
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
  • Identify trends, share customer feedback, and influence product development
  • Hire and mentor additional team members as the segment grows

Requirements

  • 3 years of management experience in a manager role with a Account Executive team.
  • 2 years of experience selling SaaS products in a Account Executive role.
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Salesforce Experience.

  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The base salary for this role is $150,000 + $60,000 variable compensation. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
