USA Mechanical is looking for either a P2 or P1 CT Licensed Plumbing Foreman for our construction team as our company is growing rapidly. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years CT licensed experience.

As a Plumbing Foreman you will play crucial role to be successful in the operation of plumbing services within our company. This position is responsible for overseeing plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work meets quality standards and is completed on time. By managing daily operations, the Plumbing Foreman contributes directly to the company's objectives, including efficiency & customer satisfaction. 

Key duties of a Plumbing Foreman include leading and supervising teams of plumbers, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They also communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns and provide updates on project progress with our company project managers. By maintaining a focus on both operational excellence and customer service, the Plumbing Foreman helps drive the overall success of our organization. The candidate must have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, be organized, pay attention to details, provide excellent customer service and be a strong team member.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for commercial install.
• Able to run work from ground up to completion on all size jobs.
• Blueprint reading on small & larger jobs.
• Strong customer communication.
• Must be able to communicate with project managers and supervisors.
• Dependable and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications:

• CT P2 or P1 License is a must. 
• Able to run work from ground up to completion on all size jobs.
• Knowledge of all aspects of plumbing.
• Professional, ethical, and a team player willing to grow within the company
