In this role, you’ll dive into data, support financial reporting, and help drive smarter business decisions. From validating transactions to preparing margin analyses, you’ll play a key part in keeping our numbers accurate and our performance on track.If you love analytics, organization, and making an impact behind the scenes — this is your next move.

🎯 What You’Ll Be Doing

• Track & Reconcile: Manage frameworks for Amazon bill backs, validate collections, and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Analyze Margins: Monitor profitability across SKUs, brands, and channels; identify margin drivers, risks, and pricing opportunities
• Model & Forecast: Build financial models to project gross profit, simulate pricing scenarios, and support business decisions
• Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with Accounting, Brand, Operations, and FP&A teams to align on insights and corrective actions
• Report & Improve: Design dashboards, support month-end close, and document financial processes to maintain system accuracy and audit readiness

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A (retail or e-commerce preferred)
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing large datasets and translating insights into action
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player, skilled at presenting complex financial data clearly to non-financial audiences
