Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and recipients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Process and verify customer information, account details, and payment transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist recipients in understanding account details, payment timelines, and service-related policies.
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, payment issues, or service concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support daily operational functions, including data entry, account updates, and transaction monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Compliance, and Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Promote a customer-first culture by delivering responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented service.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing enhanced service procedures.
