We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is experienced with CNC machining centers, capable of operating CNC lathes, has a solid understanding of Fanuc controls, and is proficient operating manual machining equipment. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude to ensure high-quality, efficient production in a collaborative shop environment.

Essential Job Duties & Primary Responsibilities, But Not Limited To:
- Set up, and operate CNC Lathe to produce precision parts per specifications.
- Select proper tooling and fixtures, perform tool offsets and adjustments for optimal performance.
- Inspect finished parts to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain machines and work areas, performing basic preventive maintenance and reporting issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and improve workflow.
- Contribute to a positive, team-driven environment, promoting communication and problem-solving across shifts and departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of CNC operating CNC Lathes.
- Proficient in G-Code
- Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, fixtures and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency using measurement instruments, including, but not limited to micrometers and calipers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (Non-Essential)
- Ability to write and edit CNC programs, preferably CAD CAM
- Solid understanding of and experience with Fanuc controls
- Manual machining experience
- Forklift and hoist operation and general shop safety training
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
