In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). The Role:
As an Associate Manager you should be able to understand the issues faced by the merchants in the Fintech ecosystem and solve these issues with data oriented insights.

Role and Responsibilities :
  • Taking briefs from various internal stakeholders and distilling problem statements that research can focus upon
  • Core competency -
  • Drafting research briefs, outlining key business and research objectives, selecting methodology for the objectives
  • Ability to draft questionnaires basis relevant study objectives for primary research
  • Insights - Drafting actionable insights to various stakeholders
  • Coordination and management - External vendors, supervision of fieldwork, interviews with B2B merchants for various studies
  • Working with our internal data to cull out insights
  • Working with various stakeholders to implement key insights into our product/marketing/brand solutions
  • Drafting research briefs, outlining key business and research objectives, selecting methodology for the objectives
  • Ability to draft questionnaires basis relevant study objectives for primary research
  • Insights - Drafting actionable insights to various stakeholders
Mandatory qualifications:
  • Prior Work Experience - 4-5 years in a Market Research Agency like Kantar, Nielsen, Ipsos, Third Eye, Quantum or researchers who have moved from agency to working with a brand inhouse.
  • Exposure to both qualitative and quantitative research through their career
  • Experience working with technology/product focused brands
  • Inclination to work with B2B consumers on Fintech product/service oriented projects
  • Deriving insights from data (Should be able to work with Excel, SPSS or Google Data Studios)
  • Presentation Skills - Both verbal and written. Should be able to visualize insights in a user friendly, easy to consume manner using PPT, Google Slides or any form of dashboarding.
