Middle Python Developer (AWS)

Salary: PLN 10.000 - 16.000 + VAT (B2B)

Offer Summary:

• Required: 2+ years of commercial experience in Python, proficiency with AWS, experience with serverless-based applications (AWS Lambda), knowledge of NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Elasticsearch), familiarity with infrastructure as code, scripting skills, understanding of monitoring tools, English B2, Polish C1

Responsibilities:

• Writing readable and easy to maintain Python code
• Writing documentation for delivered code
• Code review of other developers in the team
• Direct involvement with the design and modification of basic DB structures
• Propose improvements and share proactive ideas/solutions with the team to enhance the team's work processes
• Share insights with the team to diagnose issues and focus on solutions
• Actively participate in project discussions
• Listen to the client's needs and, after consulting the team, suggest solutions
• Support less experienced team members

About You - Tech Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python and experience with AWS
• Proficiency in building serverless applications using the SAM framework.
• Solid understanding of non-relational databases (e.g., DynamoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Good understanding of web applications security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top10)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Efficiency with AI-powered tools to boost development performance

About You - Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English (B2) and Polish (C1)
• Open-minded and proactive
• Strong team collaboration abilities
• Communicate with the team to efficiently translate business complexities (user stories/tasks) into solutions (results/estimations)
• Eager to stay updated with industry trends
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift)
