New Account Quality Assurance Specialist

First National Bank of America is seeking a friendly and professional New Account Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a NAQA Specialist, you will manage the flow of documents in an efficient and effective manner while reviewing new mortgage originations for Quality Control.

Responsibilities:

• Audit electronic files to ensure loan information is booked accurately
• Audit new accounts for data Integrity
• Track and follow up on any missing documents
• Identify critical data errors and take appropriate steps to remedy
• Attend various trainings with a focus on identifying fraud, underwriting inconsistences and other potential “red flags”

Qualifications:

• Great attention to detail
• Prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability and willingness to do repetitive tasks on a regular basis
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook are beneficial
• This position may require you to lift up to 20 pounds
