Our product offers a centralized authorization service for organizations to manage access based on role, context, justification, and more as well as preventing anomalous user behavior.

About You

You are a proven product leader with experience building and launching enterprise systems to millions of users. You value diverse perspectives, have a growth mindset, and experience with communicating to a broad range of stakeholders. You are eager to collaborate with an accomplished team of product managers, software engineers, and executive leaders.

About The Role

You will work collaboratively across a range of stakeholders to maximize the impact of our solution for enterprise authorization use cases and markets. In this role you'll collaborate across multiple teams to align product planning and execution. You'll work with our customers and go-to-market teams to bring new and improved product capabilities to market that allow customers to secure their applications and services with industry-leading security controls. You'll prioritize roadmap investments, lead the definition and delivery of new and differentiated capabilities, and create a unified portfolio of solutions.

What You’Ll Do

• Work with product managers, executive leadership, go-to-market and customer support teams to develop product plans aligned with market requirements and opportunities for growth.
• Lead cross-team collaboration and define product requirements to enable prioritization, development, launch, and on-going enhancements that balance customer needs with strategic market impact.
• Dive deep technically with software engineering leadership driving effective communication, supporting agile decision-making, and delivering positive results for our customers.
• Encourage data-driven product decisions through metrics, user feedback, and customer partnership.
• Partner with the UX design team to ensure the best possible user experiences and customer value.

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a closely related field with 10+ years of product experience.
• Knowledge and practical experience related to Enterprise Software, Cloud-based technologies, Identity, and Security.
• Technical expertise - with a passion for developing large, scalable systems for millions of users.
• A passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

What to Expect in Your First Month

In your first week, you’ll aim to develop an understanding of SGNL’s vision, meeting with team members across the company to understand the why behind the work we are doing.

In your first month, you’ll seek to gain an understanding of Enterprise Authorization, you’ll learn the tools and processes we use to develop fantastic software, and get involved in Product, Design and Engineering reviews - bringing a fresh perspective to the work that we’re doing. You’ll look to understand the overall Enterprise Authorization market and how SGNL is positioned.

When you are ready, you’ll work with leadership to take ownership of a core piece of the SGNL product, setting direction and requirements alongside your peers in engineering, customer experience, and design.

• Additional Information
• Base salary range for this position: $190,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
• Eligible to participate in SGNL's Equity Incentive Plan
• Final offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
