This role is located in Espoo, Finland where we are onsite 3 days a week in office.
Summary Of How You Will Impact Skylo
Skylo is seeking a Program Manager, Carriers for MNO customer onboarding and technical sales engineering support. This will start at customer acquisition through commercial launch. This role will be responsible for helping to organize, define and ensure customer success, ensuring tight collaboration with internal and external technical teams, including third parties (IPX / GRX, billing, KYC, etc) to ensure smooth, repeatable and scalable onboarding. Additionally, this person will be the technical resource for our carrier customers helping them understand all aspects of the Skylo solution. This person will be responsible for providing internal and external visibility to all aspects of customer onboarding, while reporting on dashboards for pro-active tracking of results. This role will need to work closely with internal engineering, sales, and program management resources, and will work with customers to ensure smooth operations and information flow. This role will be responsible for ensuring our customer success and creating repeatable processes that scale accordingly.
How You Will Contribute
- Own the customer onboarding, execution and launch journey from engagement through deployment and launch
- Be the technical resource for our carrier customers, supporting the sales team as needed
- Use internally created dashboards and reporting tools to provide complete transparency and visibility of the project to anyone at any time associated with the project; suggest changes to further streamline overall operations
- Set clear onboarding milestones and success metrics, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to implementation
- Act as an effective point of communication and escalation for partner issues, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve challenges.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key external stakeholders, serving as their advocate within Skylo
- Coordinate with internal Skylo resources to ensure there is a cohesive customer or partner implementation plan across engineering, product, finance, and other domains
What We Look For
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management (external, customer facing), Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, or a related role
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at technical and program management levels externally
- Ability to handle complex, cross functional program execution
- Ability to adapt existing processes to further streamline and roll out the new changes throughout the organization
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to confidently represent your point of view to senior leadership and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with program management tools and technologies, including JIRA.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities
